Ijeoma Kush, Founder and CEO of The Adisa Collective has

passionately worked to serve underrepresented and marginalized

communities as a teacher, evaluator, instructional coach, principal-

in-residence, and central office leader. For the past 20 years,

Ijeoma has supported thousands of students, teachers, and school

leaders throughout the nation.

Over the past 20 years, the founder and CEO of The Adisa Collective has worked alongside urban school districts to refine and implement system-wide supports for teachers and students.

  • Refining Teacher Evaluation Systems

    Worked with District of Columbia Public Schools to refine and implement IMPACT, one of the first performance-based teacher evaluation systems in the nation.

  • Leading LEAP Implementation

    Led the implementation of LEAP, DCPS‘s approach to professional development for teachers and school leaders where over 5,000 educators were served through robust coaching experiences grounded in observation, feedback, and student data analysis.
